I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location was perfect, right next to Castle Hill and close to everything I needed. However, the smell of cigarette smoke in some areas was a downside, but overall, excellent value for money.

The hotel has spacious and comfortable rooms, but they are currently under renovation. The room did not have towels until we requested them on the second day, and there was an unpleasant smell, like an ashtray and stale urine. The location is brilliant, but there were maintenance issues in the pool area and gym. The dining options are limited during the weekends. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
